Workshop 1: Easy Parenting Strategies w Sue Groner, The Parenting Mentor
We will have a fun, interactive workshop in which we’ll role-play the most trying experiences we face as moms. We will learn some new strategies to help make these interactions less stressful and more productive.
Workshop 2: Cooking with Lisa Roberts Hurd, Food Body Soul
We’ll roll up our sleeves, get our hands around the idea of mindful eating, and learn a sliver of science behind the gut-brain, food-mood connections. Then we’ll prepare fresh, organic, family-style tacos for every taste and dietary preference.
Finally, we’ll simply sit back, relax, and enjoy the fabulous food we make together, paired with handcrafted cocktails or rosé (virgin options available). Come slip into the summer spirit!
